Month Five wasn't bad at all with a final score of 79% - it actually went a lot better than I had expected. Last month I worked on:
- Choosing not to take things personally
- Laughing every day, including at myself
- Paying compliments
- Engaging the world - smile, say hello, help others
- Taking (perceived) failures and imperfections in stride
Not surprisingly, I found numbers one and five to be the most difficult; however, they were easier than I had anticipated, perhaps because I had this daily reminder.

ReplyDeletei love that you're bringing back the happy. also, if we lived in the same commune, i would totally share my size seven shoes with you. also, i'd make you candy. because candy is happy.

ReplyDeleteAnd I have really loved learning #1. It really made me see things differently.
