What is the single best thing we can do for our health?


Walk. That's it: walk. For half an hour. Thirty little minutes. 
 Can you limit your sitting and sleeping to just 23 1/2 hours a day?

  2. Truth. I walk/jog like 3 times a week but I should fit in more walking in general. I think I'll start trying to do that, we even have a walkstation here at work.
